How long does my order take to ship?

For Orders that are already made and in stock, your item(s) will ship out in no later then 3 Business days by U.S.P.S

For Custom Made Orders, Please Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. every item that you order custom is hand made one at a time. Rest Assured, all custom orders are started and finished as soon as possible. We are a very small family based company, and family will always come first.

Do you offer international shipping? 

we will ship internationally, at an additional cost. we will not charge more then it costs us to ship your item(s).

What is your return policy? 

We Guarantee that you will love the item you receive. If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, we will offer a full refund of the cost of the item, once the item has been returned. We do not offer free return shipping.

We warrantee our products to be free of major defects for 30 days. although all of the items are made the the highest of our standards, each item is hand made. Expect minor flaws that are unavoidable. wood products can very greatly in color, texture, grain and shades. all wood is hand picked by our craftsman and will represent the species of wood that you are choosing. if it is obvious that the product has been abused, either intentionally, or accidently, we reserve the right to revoke this warranty at any time. NEVER, EVER, NOT EVEN ONE TIME, put a wooden item in a dishwasher!

We understand that life happens. We want you to love your new item. We want you to come back again and again. even if something is outside the 30 day window, most items can be repaired for a small fee. Most items however are ONE OF A KIND and can not be replaced. Please email us if there is an issue at any time. we at CASL Creations LLC reserve the right to modify, revoke, void, or change any of these policies at any time, and for any reason.
