Care For Your Wooden Items

Cutting board, Serving Tray, Charcuterie Board

Care for Butcher Blocks, Cutting Boards, Charcuterie Boards ect.

Along with regular washing,

At least Every Other Week

  • Wash with water, and soap if needed, entire cutting board (top, bottom, sides)

  • Wipe down with a lint free cloth and allow to dry overnight standing on edge

  • After it is thoroughly dry use mineral oil and your hands to coat sides, top, bottom, grooves with an even coat, leave on edge to dry for at least three hours

  • Once dry, Polish with our signature board butter and buff with a lint free cloth and rub entire surface in circular motions to reseal and waterproof.

  • Never put wooden items in the dishwasher or leave in direct sunlight!
